09 Mar QCCC COVID-19 Preparedness
Like the Australian, and global, community, Queensland Conference and Camping Centres (QCCC) are doing everything we can for you (our guests), contractors and staff. Our goal is to make sure you are informed and understand we are committed to keeping our guests safe.
We are fortunate with the unique location of each of our sites, with the wide-open spaces, established trees, beautiful crisp rural air, abundance of grass areas to wander and areas for children to play freely.
Be assured, our operations are always informed and compliant with Federal, State and Local regulatory guidelines and frequently reinforced as we prepare for each hosted event.
We always, and will continue to take the following steps to ensure guest health and safety:
- Handwash soap that includes hand sanitiser.
- Hand sanitisation stations in the kitchens and other areas of congregation.
- Hand washing instructions in common areas and ablution areas.
- Water bottle filling stations throughout our sites (don’t forget to bring a water bottle or keep cup)
- UV or chlorine water sanitisation systems across our sites (and town water supply in Brookfield) to ensure pure clean water, from spring fed bores on our sites without town water.
- Regular, daily cleaning of facilities.
