QCCC’s CAMPFIRE Internship is a training pathway into ministry and a career with QCCC and the growing Outdoor Education Industry.  The Internship is a live-on-site role with Formal Certificate III and IV Training in Outdoor Leadership which serves as a paid apprenticeship in all aspects of Christian camping.  Interns are mentored and trained in the workplace by mature Christian leaders.

In 2022 interns will also participate in Queensland Baptists’ Project 11, an emerging leaders’ program that is resourced by QB and its Ministry Groups and facilitated by QCCC leaders and local pastors.  The program will include on-the-job leadership experience, curated content on Christian leadership, group mentoring, regional zoom gatherings, and specifically for QCCC interns, the ability to participate in the planning and delivery of an empowering and inspiring State-wide conference.
