After over 30 years as the Baptist College of Ministries, the centre was renovated and reopened as QCCC Brookfield in 2005. For the past 10 years it has hosted hundreds of schools camps, music camps, and church retreats. One of few campsites suitable for schools in Brisbane the facility continues to provide all guests with a relaxing, welcoming environment that has them returning year after year.
Located only 25 minutes west of the Brisbane CBD, QCCC Brookfield provides the perfect place for an urban retreat. Sitting just south of the D’Aguilar National Park, the centre is surrounded by a lush, tranquil forest that allows guests to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. A compelling range of Brisbane City Attractions can be easily accessed from QCCC Brookfield and the campsite is a favourite with country schools hoping to access all the River City has to offer.
QCCC Brookfield is a fully catered camp and includes all meals, morning and afternoon teas, and supper. The dedicated catering team will ensure that you receive exceptional buffet style meals that are sure to please all ages. Additionally as part of the Eat Safe Brisbane program, QCCC Brookfield’s kitchen was rewarded with a Five Star Rating in Brisbane City Council’s Eat Safe Program in January 2016.

QCCC Brookfield has a number of activities for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Cancellations – A minimum charge of 85% of the quoted price is applied to all bookings cancelled within 120 days prior to arrival.
Alcohol and Drugs – No alcohol or non-prescription drugs are to be brought or consumed on property.
Smoking – All buildings and courtyards are designated as smoke free.
Linen – All guests must bring their own linen including a bottom sheet unless a linen package is purchased.
Pets – In order to protect the natural environment, no animals or pets are permitted on the property except for guide dogs, in which case the office must be notified.
Fire & Safety Procedures:
Noise – All sites operate under a noise curfew between 10pm and 7am.

We would love to show you around our beautiful centre and discuss the details of your camp with you. Site visits are available during normal business hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, but bookings are essential as we might be hosting other camps. Please contact the office if you may have left an item at camp. If the item has been located, then you are welcome to pick it up during normal office hours or send a self addressed stamped envelope/box to retrieve it.
QCCC Brookfield’s chefs are trained to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. If you have an allergy, medical condition, or dietary requirement, please ensure that you inform your group leader of your requirements at least one week prior to camp. Please note: lifestyle choice diets (i.e. paleo, sports diets, et) may not necessarily be catered for at QCCC facilities.
